Short slim 4to, tan cloth with gilt-stamped Cockerel logo on covers; uncut edges, top edge gilt. (Waltham St. Lawrence, Berkshire): Golden Cockerel Press, 1923 [1930]. Cloth slightly sunned on spine and extremes, still a near fine copy of this special printing.
Originally issued in 1923 in boards with no illustrations in an edition of 450 copies; this small edition of 97 was issued in May 1930 from the remaining sheets of the 1923 printing. --Chanticleer 17.
