Engraving from "A Natural History of Birds: Illustrated with a Hundred and four Copper Plates, Engraven from the Life, Published by the author Eleazer Albin, and carefully colour'd by his Daughter and Himself, from the Originals, drawn from the live Birds." The beautifully hand colored print depicts a green parrot perched on a stand, with a yellow head and shoulders, and red and blue feathers at its wings.

Eleazer Albin (1690-1742) was an English naturalist and watercolor painter who wrote and illustrated several books on insects, birds, and fish.
