This caricature depicts William Pitt the Younger with some accomplices (including Henry Dundas and William Grenville) exiting an arched doorway, presumed to be the Treasury, with moneybags. The thieves, which include Charles Fox, glance to their left, where the watchman is seen sleeping. Shows some light staining at margins, not affecting the image. Minor wrinkling to page. Chips to all margins into the plate line.
