Beautiful portrait of an elegant woman shown half-length to right, with long dark hair parted in the middle and held in fabric, wearing a thin drop necklace, and a low-cut bodice fastened by ribbons, in a patterned fabric with puffed sleeves. Her arms are crossed below her bust. After Italian painter Giorgione. Wenceslaus Hollar also known as Wenzel Hollar (1607 - 1677) was an accomplished Bohemian graphic artist of the 17th century, who spent most of his working life in England.
