[13] leaves, 1361 (i.e.1360, as column 335 omitted) columns (340 leaves), [29] leaves. Elephant folio, original vellum,slightly warped, eight raised bands along spine. Text in Latin printed in two columns. Water staining to a few early pages on lower margins not effecting the text. Small early library stamp on corner of title page. Paris: Dionysium Mariette, 1720.
