Evans," written to Governor Joseph E. Brown, in part: "...This will be handed to you by Maj. B. Lanchis...He visits you in reference to an agency in the importation business which he will explain himself...I think he is eminently qualified to the business which he seeks..." Very good. Several folds; very good condition.
