I want to thank you for your excellent service. I telephoned to inquire about the availability of a book this past Wednesday morning. Michele informed me it was available and took my order at about 11 AM EST. Now, I know that UPS deserves some credit, but such fast delivery would not have occurred if Michele (and perhaps others) had not worked extremely efficiently.
