Washington, May 24, 1958. Near fine condition.

Comments: "...There is still work to be done, since the bill, as reported out of the Armed Service Committee, presently contains three serious flaws that would tend to encourage disunity. I shall be grateful for anything further that you can do to get these objectional provisions eliminated..."
