Very good. According to the author's preface, this is "the first published  monograph on the art of distilling oils from minerals containing Bitumen."

New York: Grosset & Dunlap, (1910) Early edition, this title being the last listed at the front of the book, although the verso of the dust wrapper lists "His Sky Train". Penciled gift inscription, 1934. Fine copy in a bright dust wrapper, with the most minor wear on the front edge, and a closed tear on a fold which is almost invisible under mylar.....
