Bucher" in response to a request for an autographed photo [not included]. 1 page, 4to, 10.5 x 8 inches, on spectacular full-color "USS Pueblo" letterhead. March 31, 1981. Horizontal folds; near fine condition. Naval hero; captain of the U.S.S. Pueblo, which was seized in the Sea of Japan by North Korea in 1968.
