Caldwell - Russellville - Ky", 5.5" x 3.5", most likely executed while representing Kentucky in the United States House of Representatives. American politician and "Southern Sympathizer" from Kentucky. Although he opposed secession, Caldwell entered the Confederate States Army and was immediately elected Captain of the "Logan Grays", a Confederate regiment from Logan County, Kentucky.
