1959. Drawing. Conte on and pencil on Hammermill bond paper 23 3/4 x 18 3/4 inches. Large unsigned preliminary sketch for a New Yorker cartoon. A sign on the door reads 'Roland Berman Doctor of Psychology'. The waiting client looks over to the coat rack, on which drapes Napoleon's hat and jacket.
