Haunting Prussian hussar (light cavalry) as a skeleton with a broken sword. Jules Renard Draner, under the pen name Draner, satirized the world's military with a series of 136 color lithographs depicting various military uniforms from around the world. Uniforms are accurately depicted but the rest is caricature. Beautifully printed. More
