A very good copy of this scarce book containing scenic images from wallpapers produced by the venerable French designers Dufour & Leroy in the 19th Century.

Paris: Flammarion, 2000. Profusely illustrated throughout in color and b/w; some folding plates. 335 pages. Thick 4to, blue cloth, lightly edgeworn d.w. Paris: Flammarion for Musee des Arts Decoratifs, (2000). First edition in English, revised and updated from the French. On folding plate is creased, still a near fine copy in a very good(+) dust wrapper. The original French edition was published as the catalogue to the 1990 exhibition "Decors de l'imaginaire: Papiers peints panoramiques, 1790-1865."
