1980. 6 pages, 12 x 9 inches, no place, copyrighted in 1977. The black and silver cover features a graphic of Frank Sinatra. Inscribed inside the cover between the credits and the first line of music: "Best Wishes to John H. Ball from John Kander & Fondly, Fred Ebb." Several small nicks and creases; very good(-) condition.

1930. 5.25 x 3.25-inch black-and-white photo of the renowned actress dressed in an elaborate costume -- no place, no date, circa 1930. Signed in full near the bottom. Double-matted in gold and salmon and set in a gold frame measuring 10.5 x 8.5 inches. Creased along the bottom; very good(-) condition.
