This bold lithograph featuring several Chanterelle mushrooms was published in "Les Champignons Comestibles et les Especes Vénéneuses avec Lesquelles Ils Pourraient Etre Confondus" by Fritz Leuba (1848-1910), a Swiss pharmacist, mycologist, and artist. He published his work in 1890 based on field observations as a guide to distinguishing poisonous mushrooms from edible ones. Plate XXVII. Lithographed by H.
