Excellent signed autograph page inscribed to a Yankee fan, c. 1930's: "Dear Martha: Babe Ruth stood out like egg stains on velvet - Arthur 'Bugs' Baer". Fine condition.
American journalist, humorist, cartoonist and sports writer who was close friends with Babe Ruth, and later, Toots Shore. He holds the distinction of nicknaming Ruth "The Bambino" and "The Sultan of Swat".
