Rare inter war poster from 1919 titled 'The Great Peace', shows three women dance joyfully in a circle, patterns on their dresses indicate their nationalities as American, French, and British. In the Fourth Year, Anticipation of a world Peace, is a collection H. G. Wells assembled in the spring of 1918 from essays he had recently published discussing the problem of establishing lasting peace when World War I ended. It is mostly devoted to plans for the League of Nations and the discussion of post-war politics. This poster is a visualization of Wells' ideas. Bernard Becan (1890-1943) was a French painter.
