I hope that the coming days bring as many contacts between us as in the old days." *Frederick R. Coudert and his family represented the interests of Great Britain in the United States for close to one hundred years. Wendell Willkie worked very closely with Coudert to ensure the passage of the Lend-Lease Act, a bill which provided aid to Great Britain and later, our other allies. Fine condition.
