Rare A.L.S. "W.C. Rontgen", 8vo. 1 page, Weilheim, Upper Bavaria, September 13th 1917, a letter of sympathy to a colleague, in German (translated): "My dear, poor friend... I cannot being you any consolation! But I would like to send you a proof of the affection and devotion that my wife and I felt for the deceased. Unfortunately, I can't bring it in person at the moment, but I hope to be able to shake your hand in the coming days." Fine condition.
