Title page in partial facsimile and upper right corner of license and dedication pages repaired, with minor loss to headpieces; one leaf of table torn with some text loss. Occasional browning and light but fairly persistent dampstains throughout. The tops of about 100 pages are neatly and repaired with minimal loss of text.
