3.5 x 4.25 inches, written in Gaelic (not translated), sending best regards, February 19, 1931. Mounting remnants on the back but still in near fine condition.

Irish Revolutionary who fought in Jacob's Factory during the Easter Uprising in 1916. He escaped capture but was arrested in 1920 and interred at Bally Kinlar. In 1922 he supported the treaty with Great Britain that created the Irish Free State and served as acting Minister of Affairs in the first cabinet.
