A completely filled in student's composition note book in neat manuscript hand. The front wrapper depicts an engraving of Leary's Cheap Book Store at its first location at 158 Second Street in Philadelphia. Below it is a brief advertisement for the store including that they have for sale over 100,000 books. Leary's Book Store in Philadelphia was founded in 1836 and closed in 1968. The notebook was purchased blank from Leary's and filled in by a student.
