Integral Leaf Free Franked address panel

1 page, 3 x 5 inches, Treasury Department "A.J. Dallas", October 12, [1815], with ox-blood circular "Washington" postal marking, lightly struck with the addition of a hand stamped cancellation "Free", addressed to A. Robbins, Esquire, District Attorney, Newport, Rhode Island. This example is nicely centered on a larger page with minimal foxing and overall is in very good(+) condition.
U.S. Secretary of the Treasury during the War of 1812, serving from 1814 - 1816.
