1 page on White House letterhead, 8.75 x 7 inches, Washington, D.C., June 27, 1917. In this letter, Wilson seeks advice from Secretary of Agriculture David F. Houston, in large part: "I believe that you have studied the matter referred to by Mr. Kent in the enclosed letter more than I have, and I would very much like your advice as to whether you think his suggestion a good and safe one or not." One horizontal fold and faint uneven toning; very good(-) condition. Float-mounted beside a 7 x 4.75-inch bust portrait photo of Wilson, dressed in a suit and tie and gazing off to the side. Triple-matted in gray, lavender, and white and set in a black frame measuring 16.25 x 20.25 inches.
