This partly printed document grants a license for a House of Entertainment with permission to serve: "Rum, Brandy, Beer, Ale...and all other Spirituous Liquors...provided that the proprietor shall not at anytime...suffer drunkenness, unlawful gaming, or any other disorders..." Boldly signed "Simon Snyder" on the hinge of the embossed State seal. Archivally affixed to a brown matte and placed in a simple wooden brown frame measuring 17.5 x 20.75 inches with plexus glass. Very good(+) condition.
