Beautiful and lush tropical scene with elephants and four figures walking on a trail. Circa 1927-1929. Minor crease to lower right edge. Tavik Frantisek Simon (1877-1942), born in Zeleznice, Czechoslovakia, traveled widely and visited the United States in the 1920s. His art represented impressions of where he'd been.
