Written to a party that had rented a train from him that then mysteriously vanished during rate re-negotiations, in part: "...I heard it stated the order of I.O.O.F. made application to your people for a special train, but could not get it. I know nothing of the correctness of this report..." Usual folds; five irregular punch holes along the left margin; discoloration at the edges. Very good(-) condition.
