Volstead," this letter is a response to his colleagues' inquiry regarding a proposed telepost bill in the House of Representatives, in part: "...We have passed in the House...There was no real opposition in the house to the measure and it will no doubt become a law during this session..." Natural folds plus a faint crease on the right margin; very good(+) condition.
