Written to an agent he knows only as "Miss" (Elisabeth Marbury, a New York socialite who became a formidable theatrical agent), in part: "...Here is The Palace. It is a very good play but not quite the sort of piece I am looking for..." One horizontal fold; very good(+) condition.
