The book arrived yesterday morning. I cannot get over the fact that I ordered a book from New York USA late on Friday, it arrives in Newbury UK on Monday morning... Wow! What a surprise to find a "Boys' and Girls' Kitchen" column, and a tiny personal fact about J's childhood. I hit the lottery, so to speak.
