Signed in full by Humphrey and postmarked in Lancaster, on August 5, 1956. The envelope features a detailed image of Wheatland and a small bust portrait of Buchanan. Double-matted in green and white with a 6.25 x 9.25-inch photo of Humphrey laughing with President John F. Kennedy in the White House. Set in a black frame measuring 16.5 x 14.5 inches. Fine condition.
