Washington, D.C. 1927.
Attractive and possibly unique ensemble of signatures on two 11.5 x 11-inch sheets of parchment comprising members of President Woodrow Wilson's two cabinets, including Herbert Hoover (head of the U.S. Food Administration), Robert Lansing (Sec. of State), Josephus Daniels (Secretary of the Navy), and Newton D. Baker (Secretary of War). The second page of signatures includes Edward T. Meredith (Secretary of Agriculture), Daniel F. Houston (Secretary of the Treasury), William C. Redfield (Secretary of Commerce), William McAdoo (Secretary of the Treasury), Thomas F. Gregory (Attorney General), and Albert S. Burleson (Postmaster General). Most signers have included a date after their signature which coincides with a hand-cancelled Woodrow Wilson commemorative postage stamp. New York, Cleveland, and Washington, D.C., 1927-1928. Very good(+) condition.
