Inscribed 8 x 10-inch photograph of all four Mills Brothers -- an American group called "the fathers of R&B group harmony" -- including the rare signature of John Mills, who died at age 24. This black-and-white photo shows the group in white jackets with flowers on their lapels, at two microphones (probably shot during filming as Duke Ellington's back-up vocal group in "The Big Broadcast"). Inscribed "To Joe Jackson Sincere Regards Mills Bros" and also individually signed by Herbert Mills, Donald Mills, and John Mills on their white jackets. No place, no date, circa 1932. Very good condition.
