This letter, written from Louis Brandeis' law firm entirely in Brandeis' hand, was sent to publisher William L. Putnam about the cost and method of taking testimony in a case, in part: "We are hardly prepared...In regard to taking testimony...We will have no difficulty in agreeing upon the mode and the way. We have sent to Mr. Bradley a bond as security for costs..." Several folds; staple holes in the upper left corner. Very good(-) condition.
