Partly printed document signed "David Merrick," 1 page, 10.25 x 8.5 inches, New York City, 1967, allowing the New York Daily News permission to use his likeness and a personal statement by him to be included in an advertising campaign. In part: "...All photographs, ads, copy and layouts bearing my name, photograph and statement shall be submitted to me...for approval in ample time prior to release or publication...My credit line shall read as follows: World-famous distinguished producer currently represented by "I do! I do!", "Hello Dolly," Cactus flower" and "Don't Drink the Water." A wonderful document that was signed at the height of his success. Horizontal folds; very good(+) condition.
