Contains the text of various correspondence and reports that led to the establishment of the Soldier's National Cemetery after the Battle of Gettysburg. Also contains the text of the Gettysburg Address by Abraham Lincoln and a list of the names of the soldiers who are buried there with the name of each soldier's regiment. David Wills was the Governor of Pennsylvania's agent in charge of the Gettysburg cemetery's establishment.
