Exceptional pen-and-ink drawing of President Ronald Reagan sitting at his desk smiling with his hands clasped. Inscribed on the left "For Howard Moliff" and captioned on the right: "I'm waiting till Howard Moliff is elected before I start collecting." Signed at the bottom: "Best regards, Draper Hill." American political cartoonist and satirist called "one of the deans of American cartooning." Hill spent 23 years at the Detroit News but had his cartoons reprinted in Time, Newsweek, The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, and was the recipient of a Pulitzer Prize.
