9.5 x 7 inches, no place, signed in full and dated February 18, 1961. Fine vintage black-and-white photograph -- a half-portrait of Magaloff wearing a tuxedo and holding a musical score. Small crease in the lower left corner but otherwise fine condition.
Magaloff, born to a noble family in St. Petersburg, collaborated with Maurice Ravel and Prokofiev. He was the first pianist to record Chopin's works.
