In this letter, Wilson thanks someone for a note, in part: "...Thank you again...for your sweet note - and feel assured the President and I feel with genuine appreciation that we have a friend in you on whom we could call if need be - and always find ready..." Accompanied by the envelope in which it was hand delivered. Light ink staining throughout; very good(-) condition.
