Your beautifully wrapped package of books -- two copies of "Journal in the Night" -- arrived at my door this morning and made my day! A thousand thanks for the care you took, first to find them, and then to send them as you did, all done up with tissue paper to boot. I want to thank you for your excellent service. I telephoned to inquire about the availability of a book this past Wednesday morning. Michele informed me it was available and took my order at about 11 AM EST. The next day when I got home from work, I was astounded to find that the book had been delivered in the early afternoon -- less than 30 hours after the order. Now, I know that UPS deserves some credit, but such fast delivery would not have occurred if Michele (and perhaps others) had not worked extremely efficiently.
