Collection of speeches mostly delivered in the House of Representatives and the Senate on important bills by members of Congress. Four are by Patrick Henry on the adoption of the Constitution by Virginia. Other speeches are by Edward Livingston, John Randolph, Gouverneur Morris, John C. Calhoun, Daniel Webster, and others.
