Paris: Hachette, 1862-1868. Some bindings are faded to brown, still a very good(+) attractive set.

Large ink stamps from Harry Abrams Editorial Library on front & rear endpapers; small stamp on top edge, otherwise a fine copy, lacking the dust wrapper.
Boston: Prince Society, 1867. With Notes and and Appendix by W. H. Whitmore. xxiv, 340pp., untrimmed, 8vo, rebound in gray cloth, with the original (damaged) wrappers bound in. Damp stain in margins of first pages not affecting the text. Boston: Published for the Prince Society by T. R. Marvin, 1867. First Edition. Very good (+). One of 150 numbered copies with the autographed initials of W. H. Whitmore. Author, a London bookseller and author, stayed in Boston for eight months.....

Black and white frontispieces in two volumes (one detached). 4 volumes, small 8vo, Bound by Bartlett & Co. 3/4 navy morocco, marbled boards, gilt stamped spines, marbled endpapers (versos of several endpapers a little foxed, previous owner's plate and label on preliminary blank page of volume 1), top edges gilt. London: Henry Colburn, 1857. A very good(+) set. Overall a handsome small set.
