1785. 2.75 x 4.25 inches, no place, no date, circa 1785. Addressed to Thomas McCall, Surveyor General at Augusta [Georgia], and signed "Henry Osborne, Esquire." Browning along the vertical fold; otherwise evenly toned and in very good condition. Note: Osborne is rare due to the fact that he never completed the trek back to Pennsylvania to formally take his seat in the Continental Congress.
