Let me take a moment to let you know how pleased I am not only with your timeliness and help, but also your honesty and commitment to your customers. As an instructor at Duquesne University, I am always telling my students about responsibility and, lately, some of the book dealers have given me unnecessary difficulties... I am very pleased with the service I received from your company and will inform my fellow faculty members that they can look forward to professional service from your book shop. Again many thanks and I look forward to future dealings with your company.
I just finished reading about the store and your family in Nick Basbanes newest book, Patience & Fortitude. I had previously read an article in Book magazine. I wished that I lived near so I could visit your store, it looks and sounds like a place I dream of getting lost in. Basbanes book mentioned that your father began a memoir but was, sadly, unable to finish the work. Would it be in anyway possible to read what must be a great historical adventure in bookselling? I wish you all continued success and a very long existence.
