Published by authority of the City Council and under supervision of its Committee on Revision. Tullidge was a Mormon convert from England. He emigrated to the Utah Territory in 1861 where he became a newspaper editor. Tullidge was the author of several books and many articles on Mormonism. Pages 321-336 are lightly soiled in margins. Page 336 is chipped in margins and crudely repaired with tape, pages 329-336 each have a small tear to the right margin. One plate is lightly soiled. All 3 plates have publisher's ink on the blank sides which have lightly soiled the margins of the text page preceding each plate. Howes T-409.
