In this letter, Uris discusses legal issues raised by his book "Ireland: A Terrible Beauty," in part: "...You have my word through this letter that I will make any adjustments necessary to make this chapter as free of libel as possible, but it must be understood that if my sources are unassailable, then those comments and passages will remain as written..."
