Description: 1 page, 11 x 8.5 inches, no place, December 10, 1980. Original black-and-white captioned cartoon signed "VIP Partch" by the gag cartoonist depicting an unhappy, mustached man standing on a scale as his wife, carrying a folded pile of laundry, speaks to him while his cat stares at the scale. Caption written in pencil (as spoken by his wife): "...and a little round belly, that shook, when he laughed, like a bowlful of jelly." Inscribed in blue pen "To Steve." Two folds and a faint stain in the left margin; still very good condition.
