Description: 1 page, 14.75 x 11 inches, (London), February 1, 1890, on fine sheer paper, the text set between two elaborate crests, with an orange raised seal labeled "six pence" -- probably a tax seal. This document authorized travel for a British citizen to Argentina. Several folds; lightly tape-stained; edges slightly raveled. Very good(-) condition.

Comments: British Prime Minister, Earl, and staunch royalist.
