Comments: The following titles are being sold as a set: 1. Jefferson, the Road to Glory, 1743 to 1776. 2. Jefferson, War and Peace, 1776 to 1784. 3. Jefferson, The Scene of Europe. All three volumes are from the library of Wendell Garrett with his embossed stamp on each front flyleaf and his pencil marks in some margins of all three volumes. One of the volumes is slightly worn on the cloth spine and another is lightly dampstained on the front cloth cover.

I just finished reading about the store and your family in Nick Basbanes newest book, Patience & Fortitude. I had previously read an article in Book magazine. I wished that I lived near so I could visit your store, it looks and sounds like a place I dream of getting lost in. Basbanes book mentioned that your father began a memoir but was, sadly, unable to finish the work. Would it be in anyway possible to read what must be a great historical adventure in bookselling?
